Shipping, Returns, and Refunds policy

SHIPPING POLICY

For customers in the Philippines: 
We ship onhand items 1-3 working days after the customer's payment has been processed, provided that the customer has paid for the appropriate shipping fee. We will send the customer the tracking number/s once we have been able to schedule the item for pick up/have shipped the item out.

We only ship items using LBC or Lalamove at this time.

Once the item has been shipped out/given to the courier, responsibility for the parcel now lies on the respective courier. The customer is responsible for tracking their own parcels.

In cases of loss or gross mishandling of the parcel, kindly message the respective courier. Insurance of 500 php is free of charge per shipment.

On some cases, our shop may use a different courier (J&T etc). We will inform the customer regarding the change prior to sending.

Shopee checkout is at BUYER'S RISK. We will not be held liable in cases of LOSS/DAMAGE/THEFT due to shopee checkout shipping.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

We will only accept returns if we have shipped the wrong item only. We will only accept returns within 7 DAYS of order pickup or completed item delivery and item must be in Sealed/Unopened/Unused/New Condition only.

We will not accept product replacement for damages due to customer misuse, improper courier handling, customer handling or negligence. Any signs of tampering or opening of item will void the return policy. We will not accept replacement or refund for items that have factory defects, ex. missing photocard, chipped paint etc. We will not accept replacement for refund for items we have tested to be in working status (ex. light sticks).

Customer will shoulder return cost of item. We will only process the replacement or refund of the item upon successful delivery of the return item to us.

We will refund items that are unavailable or sold out.

Refunding for secured items / after pre-order period is highly discouraged. No refund for downpayments and only 50% refund for full payments.

Refunds only via the following options: Gcash/Bank Transfer (BPI or BDO) or Paypal. Paypal Refunds have 15 Php transaction fees that will be deducted to your total refund.
