Red Monster Shop Policy Changes effective June 10 2021

  • Full payment discount will change from 5% to 2% off
  • GCash payments via 7-11 cliqq must have +1% included (value*1.01) else we will ask for additional payment.
  • We will no longer accept Palawan, Cebuana and LBC branch pick up payments permanently.
  • Consolidation as a shipping option will be removed.
  • All arrived pre-orders MUST be picked up/sent for delivery within 14 days or as stated in your arrival notice.
  • Non-pick up / unpaid balance or delivery charges after the deadline will lead to cancelled orders and forfeited payments.
  • No warehousing is allowed, if you are not in Manila and you opted for store pick up, please have your friend/relative pick up the item for you or have your item shipped to your provincial address.
  • All incoming stock items must be paid with at least a down payment within 3 days. Failure to pay will lead to forfeited slots.
  • Banpresto and Good Smile Company pre-orders will be changed from 10% to 15% off.
  • Discount changes:
    • VIP Pre-order toys/anime/western = +2% off
    • Wholesale Pre-order GSC/BNP/TAITO = +5% off
    • Wholesale other brands pre-order = retained
    • VIP Incoming Stock/Onhand = 8% off
    • Wholesale Incoming Stock/Onhand = 12% off
    • No changes for Kpop/Jpop discounts
  • For Wholesale, due to the bulk of your items we will only allow 7 DAYS for pick up. After 7 days, we will charge 100 pesos warehousing fee PER ITEM. No pick up after 14 days will lead to CANCELLED orders and removal of your wholesale status.
  • For Wholesale, toy/anime/western pre-order items can be paid after the deadline. Absolutely no cancellation of pre-orders especially after the deadline. We will ask for advanced payment for high volume orders. Kpop/Jpop items must have a downpayment within the deadline.
  • All VIP can avail small nendoroid box with RMS logo per small boxed nendoroid purchase for free. Large nendoroid box protector coming soon.

VIP Program Terms and Conditions

Red Monster Shop VIP program:

  • A customer may opt in the VIP Program with (a) minimum of 10 unique order id’s within 1 year AND (b) 20,000 php cumulative fully paid purchases via redmonstershop.com or in store at Red Monster Shop + Café, QC ONLY.
  • Once the customer has successfully opt in the VIP program, they may use the following codes on their next purchase at redmonstershop.com at the check-out page:
    • VIPANIME8 – +8% off on onhand/incoming toys (except kpop/jpop related)
    • VIPANIMEPO - +2% off on pre-order toys (except kpop/jpop related)
    • VIPKPOP80 – 80 pesos off onhand albums, dvds, lightsticks only (not including concert merchandise, unsealed albums, and photocards)
    • VIPKPOPPO – 40 pesos off pre-order albums, dvds, lightsticks only (not including concert merchandise, unsealed albums, and photocards)
  • Please mind that you may only use 1 (one) code per transaction at redmonstershop.com, as such kindly separate your orders per discount usable (Ex. Toy Pre-orders only, Kpop/Jpop pre-orders only, Toy onhand items, Kpop/Jpop onhand items)
  • The VIP discount is not stackable with sale events and promotions. It is not stackable with full payment discounts.
  • The VIP discount can only be claimed on purchases at redmonstershop.com or in store at Red Monster Shop + Café, QC.
  • The VIP discount is not applicable to food and drinks.
  • Loyalty Points (Red Mon Stars) can still be used on the discretion of the customer, however please mind that only 1 code can be used per transaction, including the loyalty points code.
  • The VIP program is connected to the customer’s account and is non transferrable. Giving your VIP card to another person will not get them a VIP discount.
  • The VIP Card is not necessary when ordering in store at Red Monster Shop + Café, QC to avail of the discount, we only need your account email but the person ordering must be the account holder.
  • 180 days of no purchase will lead to the termination of a customer’s VIP program.
  • Any suspicious or fraudulent use of the benefits of the VIP program will result to the termination of a customer’s VIP program.
  • Red Monster Shop reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, benefits and guidelines for the VIP program without prior notice.

 

 

WS Program Terms and Conditions

Red Monster Shop WS Accounts:

  • A customer may opt in for a wholesale (WS) account with a minimum of 43,480 php one time purchase of onhand items, including toys, kpop and jpop items, with 8% discount via redmonstershop.com or in store at Red Monster Shop + Café, QC ONLY.
  • Once the customer has successfully opt in the WS program, they may use the following codes on their next purchase at redmonstershop.com at the check-out page, no minimum order required:
    • WSANIME12 – +12% off on onhand/incoming toys (except kpop/jpop related)
    • WSANIMEPO - +5*% off on other brand pre-order toys (except kpop/jpop related)
    • WSGSCBNPTAITO - +5% off on pre-order Good Smile Company, Banpresto, Taito Items
    • WSKPOP100 – 100 pesos off albums, dvds, lightsticks only (not including concert merchandise, unsealed albums, and photocards)

  • For after sales service, we only have parts replacement for Kotobukiya and Good Smile Company for factory defects like missing or damaged parts (not including boxes/wrapping material).
  • The WS Card is not necessary when ordering in store at Red Monster Shop + Café, QC to avail of the discount, we only need your account email but the person ordering must be the account holder or his/her representative.
  • The WS Account can only have 1 website account with up to 2 representatives for in-store purchases only.
